Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Board has developed a number of Accommodation complexes and guest houses for Pilgrims. More than 15000 Guest rooms are available for public use. Some are allotted in advance online booking, some are provided with current booking.

Due to huge surge in requirement of rooms on Tirumala hill, many reforms are brought in Accommodation booking for devotees. Let’s check out the new rules for Accommodation Booking. After Covid19 Lockdown Tirumala Accommodation rules have been changed. Right now prices are also increased due to high demand and maintenance. 100 rupees, 500 rupees, 1500 rupees rooms are available in tirumala to book online. Only Arjitha seva tickets, 300 special entry online darshan booked ticket holders are allowed to book in their specific login using mobile number.
Accommodation Room booking in Tirumala is available to book on darshan performing day and 1 day in advance and single booking allows stay for 24 hours exact from time of check-in. on 23 February @ 3:00 PM Tirumala Rooms for month of May are released.
TTD Tirumala Room Online Booking rules and Things to know:
The Room is not provided or allowed to book for a Single Individual. At least two people must check-in for single room.
A registered user in TTD website allowed to book only one room in Tirumala or Tirupati for three months period.
Failure to provide the proper ID at check in and reporting later than Room Check in Slot time will subject to Cancellation of Booking.
Room is allotted for only 24 Hours and no extension is provided under any circumstances.
TTD Tirumala Room Online Booking Pilgrim Requirements:
Travelling to big pilgrimage centers requires a lot of pre-planning. So Ttd has provided online reservation system so that no one can feel dis comfort while visiting the adobe of lord.

Accommodation Prices and Rates of Rooms in Tirumala & Tirupati.
The prices will start from 50 Rupees for a fully furnished guest rooms. But in Online only rooms from 100 Rupees price range are allowed to book. The rooms in Nandakam Guest house, Sapthagiri, Srinivasam, Vishnuvasam etc are the example guest houses which available for pilgrim. 1500 Rupees & 2000 Rupees rooms are allocated in Padmavati Guest house and other Suite type cottages for devotees. The standard check-in time is 24 hours only and no extension is allowed under any circumstances.
There are Air conditioned and Non A/C rooms available in Tirumala. Non A/c rooms cost starts from 50 rupees to 750 rupees & Air Conditioned rooms per day charge will start from 1500 rupees to 5000 rupees per day. Other than temple cottages & Guest houses, Tirumala has around 30 Mutts with accommodation privileges for devotees during normal days.
Tirumala Rooms Cottages Online Booking Quick Process:
Login to your account in TTD website and select accommodation link in dashboard. Choose your desired date, check IN slot etc. There are four Time slots are shown per each day of accommodation provided. These time slots starts 6 hours per each day.
Tirumala rooms & Accommodation Booking is very easy when done in Mobile app other than desktop. Mobile app waiting time will be far less then desktop website when compared in many situations.
00:00 AM to 06:00 AM, 06:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM & 06:00 PM to 12:00 PM. In each slot only one is available for booking & devotees need to report in the specific time slot at the CRO office of room allotment counter for check-in to their suite room.
Proceed to enter the accompanying person details. Once finished the entry go for selection of Price of room. The rooms displayed below as per availability on concerned date. For example if your room cost is 1000 rupees per day TTD will collect 1000rs + 1000rs as caution deposit to allot the room. The deposit amount will be refunded when the pilgrims who used the room with in the specified time.
Once you are satisfied with the selection pay the accommodation price in Payment gateway.
The charges of 2% is collected as an online processing fee extra. The Room Rent is free in every case. Only sanitation charges are collected from Devotee.

Accommodation is allowed for only darshan ticket holders or Arjitha Seva Ticket holders. The check in date is shown only on and Previous date of their respective darshan date. Only one room is allowed to book per each user and minimum 2 persons should appear for check-in during the reservation.
Tirumala Accommodation Room Booking for May 2026 Release Schedule:
Every month Special Entry 300/- Rs Darshan Tickets quota is released in third week Friday onward. Arjitha Seva Tickets are also released once Lucky DIP registrations are closed.
TTD Board to provide equal opportunity to book Guest houses, Rooms, Suites, Dormitory and Locker facilities of all category darshan ticket holders, Accommodation Booking is released after all the registrations are finished.\
Three months advance booking is opened every month. On February 25th Rooms booking and reservation is opened in ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in website at 3:00 PM afternoon. Check below image for darshan & Accommodation booking Timings.
Tirumala TTD Automatic Room Allotment for Online Reservations:
A new and major information should be known by devotees who book Online Room Reservation. Previously Tirumala devotees and pilgrims who have reservation slip of their cottage or room should appear in the reporting time at CRO office Room allotment counter. Once their ticket is scanned, The rooms are allotted manually based on availability & Proximity.
The new mode of self-check in is now started in Tirumala. People should appear before the reservation allotment counter with their Original ID & they must show their reservation slip of the room booked in online mode. Then the server will allot the room based on the availability randomly. Once your slip is processed an SMS alert with Room allotment details is send to registered mobile number with in 30 minutes.
The Complex name, Guest house address and Room number is in the website. If SMS is not received with in 30 minutes you can visit any Laddu Booking Kiosk or reservation counter for your room details.
Once SMS alert is received on mobile phone the time to appear infront of the check-in counter is 1 hour. For example if you get SMS at 01:00 PM that your room allotment confirmed Nandakam guest house you must appear at the Nandakam Guest House with in 1 hour from the SMS time.
At the guest house reception office the clerk will take your biometric & Photo check-in and will give you the room keys. The devotee or Room occupant must vacate the room with in 24 hours of check-in time and they are not allowed to extend their stay at cost. If they fail to vacate the room under the reporting time, Their caution deposit refund is forfeited.
Tirumala Room deposit amount Refund Status online:
Generally TTD board collects 500 rupees to 1000 rupees as a caution deposit amount for every room which is booked in online. If the devotee has vacated the premises with in the specified time on the Check-in Receipt TTD will initiate the Refund of caution deposit amount.
Devotees will receive the refund amount to their specified accounts which used at time of online reservation. If any delay of amount depositing with in 72 hours after vacating, Contact TTD toll free numbers or write an email to Tirumala Tirupati devasthanams board for assessment of the refund amount. The booking history tab will show the refund status of money back into your account.

All the cottages are well supplied with 24X7 Running water, Powersupply & Clean atmosphere.
Sanitation in Tirumala is as per ISO certified standards and each individual rooms is fitted with working Toilets, Fitted beds & Blankets.
The 500 rupees and above cost rooms are fitted with Individual Water heaters & the 100, 50, 150 rs rooms are provided by common outdoor hot water facilities.
2 beds are provided for 100, 50, 150, 200, 500 rs rooms and 2 + 1 beds are for 1000, 1500, 2500 rs rooms.
Each guest house complex is provided with Kalyanakatta to offer hair tonsuring 24X7.
Free food via Sri vari Annaprasadam Vehicles are provided in timely manner near to premises
Extra Mattress is not provided for Fully furnished rooms, Only 100 rupees rooms are given extra Mat subject to availability.
